SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.
• Normally orders are delivered within 7-10 business days but depending on the demand, global events, holidays, and shipping hours, some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal.
• All orders take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. All orders placed after 2 pm, weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Please note that all items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we utilize, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound (lb)or ounce (oz).

Customer Responsibility
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.

• Please make every effort to review your shipping and product information before submitting your order.

• Danie's Potions cannot guarantee updates to shipping information while the order is being processed.

• If your order was shipped to an incorrect or invalid address, Danie's Potions cannot refund or replace the items until it has been returned. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost if items are replaced.

At Danie's Potions, we are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free product. Therefore, we can only accept exchanges or store credit for products that are unopened and unused within 14 days of purchase.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Do not return any items without notification/ confirmation.
For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping of the returned item (s).
